I’m a queer and gay man who has trained specifically in issues that affect LGBTQIA+ communities, both individually and in relationship. I am trained in EFT (couples/polycules), IFS (individually and relationships), psychodynamic strategies, and ACT. More than anything, I believe that our relationship is the key to healing; I love building connection, with empathy and warmth.

I am a private practice therapist who, at present, does not take insurance. However, I do provide official superbills for you, if your insurance accepts those. I’m happy to support you through that process.
I also offer limited sliding scale options for clients who cannot access full-fee private practice therapy. Please contact me to discuss your needs.

I start from a place of warmth, connection, and curiosity. After we build trust, I strive to be collaborative, direct, and supportive as we aim toward your healing goals. I do use humor, empathy, and attunement as my guides toward our therapeutic relationship.
